IMPORTANT:

1. Build up must be completed; waste removed and stands cleaned no later than 20:00hrs on Monday 21 November. There will be strictly no stand building permitted on Tuesday 22nd November.

2. An Exhibition Inspection will take place from 08:00am to 10:00am on Tuesday morning before the exhibition opens. All stands must be fully completed at this time.

3. Exhibitors need to have a presence at their stand from 08:00am on Wednesday and Thursday of the Conference.

4. Break down of stands is not permitted before 15:30 on Thursday 24th November. This will be strictly enforced as sessions will still be taking place.
