General Information

 

EXHIBITION / BOOTH STAFF

A maximum of 4 x exhibition staff are permitted per 9sqm stand, as per your exhibitor package.  We require the full names of the staff who will be manning the stand in advance of the conference, so we can prepare an Exhibitor badge.  Please email names to kevin@eurostarconferences.com before Friday 21 October. No exhibitor will be granted access unless they have an Exhibition badge.  Badges must be worn at all times.

 

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE FOR EXHIBITION STAFF

Exhibition staff are entitled to morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea during the exhibition period.  Exhibitor lunches will be served 20 minutes before the general delegate lunch so that you can work your stand during the busy periods of high footfall.

 

If you have additional food or dietary requirements for your stand or wish to have food/beverages available from your stand space, please contact the venue - Manchester Central - directly to arrange this.

 

 

SOCIAL FUNCTIONS

Exhibitors are invited to attend all social functions organised by EuroSTAR Conferences during the conference.

 

On Tuesday 22 Nov from 17.45, an evening drinks reception will take place in the EXPO area.  EuroSTAR will invite all delegates to join the exhibitors for some refreshments following the last conference session on Tuesday evening. 

 

On Thursday 24 Nov from 19:00, we will host our annual Gala Awards Evening at the Monastery in Manchester.  A limited number of tickets will be available to exhibitors to purchase in advance and we encourage you to use this opportunity to network with conference delegates.  Dress code is formal.

 

Please note that you must register in advance for this event and that tickets for registered stand personnel are €50 each.  Tickets are issued on a first come, first served basis and will sell out, so we recommend you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

EXHIBITOR DESCRIPTION FOR CONFERENCE GUIDE

Each exhibitor is offered space in the conference guide to advertise and promote their presence in the exhibition.  Please provide us with the following information no later than Friday 09 September:

Company Logo in EPS format, Company Name, Address, Contact Details and a COMPANY DESCRIPTION not exceeding 200 words.

 

Please note that late submissions will not be accepted. You must send the description as soon as possible and at the latest by close of business on Friday 09 September.
