Stand Information

 

SPACE ONLY SPECIFICATION

Stands are allocated on the basis of floor space only.  This means that no stand services are provided.  Exhibitors will be responsible for building their own displays.  All individual stand spaces are 3m x 3m.  The maximum stand height for free builds is 3m.

 

MARKING OUT OF THE STANDS

The stand space will be marked out by Melville Exhibition Services.  This will be completed before 09:30 on Monday 21st November.

 

WASTE

During the build-up and dismantle, there will be large bins available in the exhibition area to dispose of any waste.

 

CLEANING

The general exhibition area will be cleaned each night.  Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their own stand areas neat and tidy.
